I realized earlier today that I’m closer to finishing up my degree than I thought I was. I thought I had another two semesters I had to do with more classes, but I was wrong and miscalculated. After this summer semester is completely and 100% done with, when the final three classes are over, then I look like I’ll have my Bachelor’s of Science from Empire State University, with a major in Marine Biology.

(Cross those fingers for me, please. This took me four years, so one small yay now, and one bigger one later when I have it in my hands! I have to decide if I do or do not want to keep going for a Master’s in Marine Biology, too. That would be another two years, I think. If I did it.)

I might like to try to get the Master's, yes, so I probably will keep on going. I'm seriously thinking about it, given I sort of keep leaning that way far more than I'm leaning the 'maybe not doing it' way.

(A 'why am I doing this' buddy is always a good thing. That 'why did I do this to myself? WHY?!' labeled door is always open for you, if you do decide you want to run through the grad school door.)
