I Really Did It!

Since it was just so pretty outside today and wasn't going to be snowing, this morning I called to see if they could schedule me for my driving test today or tomorrow. The lady I talked to said there were a couple times open for today, and I went to the one that was around lunch.

I did the best I could. I didn’t go too fast. I just got a couple little things marked off because I hesitated too long to look around when I was at one of the stop lights. Once, I got nervous and may have gone a little bit too slow. It wasn't anything big.

This means that I passed my driver’s test! I have a driver’s license and everything now and I passed! I really did it!

I don’t think they minded the glitter. I don’t know when it found its way into my hair. I really thought I had managed to avoid touching it when Molly had it, but I guess it managed to spread fast. My driver’s license picture has a couple of little specks of colors in one part of my hair because of that, but at least it’s a little pretty?

And you know, I saw that. My boxed DVD sets of all seven seasons are getting here sometime this week and Amara and I are watching them on Sunday. There might be chips. If you want, you're more than welcome to come share in the joy that is Bea Arthur.

Since the marathon on tv looked like it was going to be going backwards, then forwards, all around the seasons based on what I've been reading about it--yay! This way I won't be very, very lost!
